school psychologists. He discusses how a school counselor can structure an
office for concentration, using the right décor, artwork, furniture, and paint
scheme. You’ll want to have both a professional and pleasant appearance in your
office, one that shows that you are ready to do your job. He also discusses
writing I.E.P’s, scheduling meetings with parents, dealing with parents who do
not speak English. He stresses throughout the book that you must, at all times,
be ready for when things don’t turn out the way they’re supposed to.
